Chinese Biggest Rock Band MAYDAY to Stage their “Fly to 2023” World Tour Concert in Malaysia
Kuala Lumpur, December 2022 - The highly anticipated MAYDAY world tour concert is finally coming to Malaysia, so stay tuned and let’s get excitement!
MAYDAY, dubbed the Chinese mega-band, last performed in Malaysia in 2017 and drew a crowd of over 25,000 people to the Stadium Merdeka. MAYDAY will return to Malaysia after more than 5 years away with their new tour, "Fly to 2023," to reconnect with fans.
The Mayday "Fly to 2023" World Tour in Malaysia concert, to be organised by Star Planet, is set to take place on 11 February 2023 at 8pm at the historic Bukit Jalil National Stadium.

MAYDAY's world tour concerts have been postponed several times over the last two years and more. The soft rock band is as eager to meet fellow fans as the fans are after the pandemic's long journey. As a result, with much anticipation, world tour concerts resumed in November 2022 as the pandemic faded.
The United States and Singapore were among the first stops, which drew a large crowd. And this long-awaited Malaysia performance in Bukit Jalil National Stadium, which can accommodate up to 100,000 people, will be a huge comeback. With a spectacular custom-built stage and a multi-million dollar production, this upcoming concert is a must-see for any MAYDAY fan!
MAYDAY, comprised of lead vocalist Ashin, bassist Masa, drummer Guan You, and guitarists Stone and Monster, has a wide range of fans. While they are approaching middle age, the band members have a boyish charm that has drawn both new and old listeners to their music over the past two decades. Though their fame is primarily limited to the East Asian music market, MAYDAY is still one of the world's best-selling bands.
