 [Exclusive Interview] Ruco Chan 陳展鵬 Interview @ Astro Bukit Jalil

Kuala Lumpur, December 2022– It was an honour for our team to interview Ruco Chan 陳展鵬recently. Ruco stated that he was in Penang for three days prior to the interview. He stated that he has witnessed many changes in Malaysia. He took advantage of his visit to Penang and Ipoh to sample a variety of local delicacies. Now that he's in Kuala Lumpur for a few days, he's excited to try the local durian as well as Bak Kut Teh.

Ruco also stated that he had only brought his wife this time. Her daughter has to remain at home because she needs to attend school. Throughout the interview, he has shared regarding his interactions with his daughter. While in Malaysia, he has been video calling his daughter. He also mentioned that his daughter has her own thoughts on the videos they shared on social media. When asked if he has any plans for more children, he stated that if possible, he would like to be the first person in his family to have twins.

Regarding Ruco's thoughts on the upcoming TVB Awards 《万千星辉颁奖典礼2022》, he stated that he has confidence in himself every year. He managed to play a variety of characters this year. His favourite is undoubtedly the role in 《超能使者》. When asked if there would be a sequel for the drama, he expressed doubt. He mentioned that many of the scenarios in the drama have already been stretched to their breaking point. He thought it would be difficult to push the story any further. However, he stated that anything is still possible.

When asked about his future plans, Ruco stated that he would like to collaborate with artists and directors from various countries.

Additionally, the cute mascot doll that Ruco Chan holds on his hands is Astro CNY 2023 Mascot #旺兔!

TVB 《万千星辉颁奖典礼2022》will be taking place on 8^thJanuary 2023 and you can catch it LIVE via TVB翡翠台（Astro Ch 301）. Apart from their main awards, the show also featured special awards voted by Malaysian fans includingMalaysian Most Favourite TVB Main Actor“最喜爱TVB男主角”, Malaysian Most Favourite TVB Main Actrss“最喜爱TVB女主角” and Malaysian Most Favourite TVB Drama“最喜爱TVB电视剧集”. The voting by Malaysian fans has begun since 28^th November 2022 and the deadline will be on 28^th December 2022, 12pm.
